Through a 6-month freelance mission, I worked on a full rebuild of Entre Potes, a social network dedicated to outings, meetups and events, with over 100,000 active users.
The main goal was to start fresh on healthy technical foundations to improve UX, stability and performance while supporting the product's growth.
As Flutter mobile developer, I rebuilt the app from A to Z with a complete technical and functional overhaul.
This involved setting up a new, robust architecture designed to be maintainable, scalable and high-performing over the long term.
I worked on a full UI/UX redesign (navigation, screens, user flows), the business logic and project structure, plus performance optimization (scroll, rendering, load times).
Particular care went into code quality and overall app architecture.
I implemented Clean Architecture paired with Riverpod, giving better separation of concerns, improved testability and a smoother product evolution.
The app now communicates efficiently with the backend through GraphQL and REST APIs, ensuring fast, reliable data exchanges.
The mission covered many of the app's key functional areas: full sign-up workflow rebuild, event creation and management, content publishing and social feed, user interactions (likes, comments, messaging), notifications and advanced social mechanics.
Every feature was designed for a smooth, intuitive, engaging experience.
Finally, I set up a CI/CD pipeline through CodeMagic to automate Android and iOS builds, distribute internal releases and improve overall delivery and update reliability.
This mission let me work across the entire lifecycle of a mobile app, from product to production, in a complete rebuild context with high user impact.
