Golden Cup

I integrated new Figma mockups and reworked parts of the user experience to improve navigation and content readability. The app was refined to better reflect the brand identity while staying performant on Android and iOS.

Several social and interactive features were added: real-time polls, dynamic user leaderboards and mini-games tied to sporting events. These additions deepened user engagement and strengthened the app's appeal.

I integrated an external sports API to automatically feed the app with match data (schedules, scores, statistics). This dramatically reduced manual management workload and ensured information always stays up to date.

I built a dedicated algorithm to automatically identify winners of polls, leaderboards and games based on real sports results. This system simplified day-to-day operations for the Golden Cup team and improved transparency for users.

On top of the mobile app, I helped set up web admin tools to manage content, users and marketing operations. These platforms let the Golden Cup team run their product autonomously.

Beyond initial development, I handled evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the app throughout the mission, focused on stability, performance and continuous product evolution based on user feedback.
